1. Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.
Non-returnable items include:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or installation errors.
- Items without original packaging or missing components.
- Custom or special order items.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- If rejected, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

4. Order Cancellations
